Phase 2: Transition to a Healthy Diet & Lifestyle

Phase 3: Maintain Your Ideal Body Weight for 6 Months

Meet our Nutritionist!
Teresa received her B.S. in Food and Nutrition from the University of North Alabama where she played tennis on scholarship. For the past 5 years Teresa has been helping people live healthier and happier lives by improving their diet and lifestyle habits. Her philosophy on nutrition can be summed up with the quote from Hippocrates, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. When she’s not working, Teresa enjoys going for long walks or hikes with her two dogs. She also loves cooking and finding ways to tweak old recipes to make them healthier.
