Body Sculpting with Kybella®
Where excess fat is carried on the body varies between men and women, and from person to person. It's genetic, and everyone is different.
Most people have specific stubborn areas on their body that no amount of diet an exercise seem to be able to affect.
Good news! You can easily get rid of stubborn fat areas without surgery, by using Kybella® to permanently sculpt and transform your body.

What Is Kybella?
Kybella works by using an active ingredient called deoxycholic acid that safely dissolve fat (and not other types of tissue). Deoxycholic acid is a chemical that's naturally produced in the liver, and our bodies use it to break down fat in the food we eat.
When it's injected in the form of Kybella, it goes to work breaking down fat under the skin, which encourages the body to metabolize it and gradually remove it.
What Happens to My Skin After Kybella Is Injected?
One of the added benefits of Kybella is that the skin tends to “lift” or tighten as healing occurs, reducing the appearance of sagging.
This is one of the primary reasons that many people are requesting Kybella for body contouring instead of liposuction or other non-surgical options due to the tightening benefit that comes with this treatment option.
Where on My Body Can Kybella Be Used?
Am I a Good Candidate?
The ideal patients are individuals with mild to moderate amounts of stubborn fat deposited in the respective treatment area.
Are There Any Side Effects?
Side effects can include temporary numbness, swelling, and bruising of the treatment area. There is no hindrance to mobility or function. Patients who do undergo treatment are asked to refrain from aggressive exercise, alcohol consumption, and salty foods for 24-48 hours after being seen. Consistently icing the treated area can expedite the healing process.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Most individuals require 2 – 4 treatments to reach their ideal aesthetic goals. But some patients see remarkable results in as few as one treatment. Treatment plans are individualized to each patient. Dr. Gill will use his expertise to create a treatment plan that's right for you.
